Refund rules

1. 48-hour protection window

Within 48 hours of unlocking, a refund may be claimed only for: invalid contact details (number or account does not exist); or fake identity (photos or details clearly not the member).

2. Not refundable

Slow replies, no reply, mismatched interests or change of mind are not grounds for a refund.

3. After the window

If no valid claim is made within 48 hours, the introduction fee accrues to the Indian member whether or not you press "confirm connected". "Confirm connected" is a status marker only and does not affect payouts.

4. Tips

Tips are also held for 48 hours and are refunded only for fraud or fake identity.
